POWERSTONE REPORTS RECORD GROWTH – FASTEST GROWING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIRM ADDS FORTY TWO NEW ACCOUNTS IN 2014
IRVINE, CA (JANUARY 5, 2015) – PowerStone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that 2014 was its fastest growing year since it began in 1993. The company added a record 42 new accounts, growing twice as fast as its previous record year 2013 when the firm added 22 new Home Owner Associations. “The growth has come from every sector,” reports CEO Rene’ Decker. He adds: “We’ve added commercial, master planned and on-site properties to our already large portfolio of association clients.”
New HOA’s for the year include three new commercial accounts, 38 detached homes and condominium communities including four communities of over 750 units each. New additions to the client roster include Portofino Cove Master Association, Monticello Community Association, Palm Gardens Community Association and Tuscany at Foothill Ranch Community Association. Growth and servicing the new client base has helped PowerStone attract many experienced property managers from competing firms and has the organization adding extra training and certification, which includes mentoring programs by the PowerStone owners and senior management. PowerStone has added several new staffers this year and have actively been recruiting. “Being the fastest growing firm in Orange County” Rene’ Decker, PowerStone CEO says: “means we‘re doing something right and to me that means our people are really working hard to earn the trust of our communities’ board members.”
PowerStone has grown consistently over the last few years since new owners were added in 2011. PowerStone plans on continuing its growth into next year with plans to expand into new markets in Southern California. Currently the firm has two offices in Orange County.
New hires include Marc Bordonali and Erick Barker as Community Managers, Elsa Marche as Associate Manager and Yari Ramirez as Administrative Assistant. “Our team keeps improving and the new energy is adding to an exciting period in our company’s history.
