Corinne Crawford CCAM, -and CMCA as Director of New Business Development. Powerstone’s CEO, Rene’ Decker stated: “We feel extremely fortunate to have Corinne join our team. Her years of experience in the Common Interest Development (CID) industry make her a great asset to Powerstone as a strategic leader in the areas of new development, community planning and client relations. He adds: “She is an extremely qualified veteran whose knowledge and expertise in creating community management procedures, as well as forward planning services for new communities, gives us a new dimension in client service that we have not had before.”

Ms. Crawford has worked with both large and small home builders and land developers to create developments and fulfill their vision for beautiful new communities. She has helped launch over 100 new communities from before the first sale. Corinne helped create the curriculum for the specialty certificate for new developments for CACM and has presented training and educational programs for both internal company purposes as well as presentations to clients and industry colleagues. Corinne has received awards from CACM including the 2007 Vision Spirit Award and the 2013 Excellence in Education Award. Powerstone’s CFO Michelle Burge sees Corinne as a strategic planner that will help clients be successful. She says: “There is a great deal that goes into helping new developments succeed. Corinne has vast experience guiding new communities through the phasing process and is well-versed in creating operational policies, communication strategies and board governance procedures.” Corinne had this to say about her new position: “I’ve been in the industry for some time and have witnessed Powerstone’s ascension as a leader.
