IRVINE, CA (December 13, 2017) – Powerstone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that the company has set yet another record for growth, the largest increase in its 24-year-old history. In 2017 the company added 51 new Homeowner Associations and 29 new team members. The company sees continued expansion into next year as 6 new clients are scheduled to start with Powerstone in the first quarter of 2018. Powerstone’s CEO, Rene’ Decker stated: I am so thankful for our loyal clients and team as each one of them contributes to our success. New HOA’s for the second half of the year include a combination of commercial accounts, detached homes and condominium communities in a wide area some of which include the following: Irvine, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Huntington Beach, Foothill Ranch, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Woodbridge, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Corona, Riverside, Oceanside and San Francisco plus many more.
Growth and servicing the new client base has helped Powerstone recruit key new team members, 15 have joined over the second half of this year. They include four new Community Managers: Brianna Hamilton, Aly Lopez, Jeanette Vega and Adrian Robertson. Veronica Huerta and Joshua Grass join as Associate Managers. Elva Gonzalez – Director of Community Mgmt., Mariana Reed – Receptionist, Patti Mooney – Controller, Celia Lovell – Accounts Receivable, Shirley Ong – Accounts Payable, Terry Daun – Executive Assistant On-site, Samantha Mooney – Events Coordinator, Rebecca Arzinger – On-Call Customer Service Rep. and Armen Konaraki – Janitor On-site have also joined the Powerstone team this year.
