Powerstone Property Management offers homeowners the convenience of paying your monthly homeowner association fees in two ways.
Payment By Credit Card
New! Pay online with your credit card – a 3% convenience fee applies to each transaction.
You can now pay online using your credit card. After you sign in to the PayLease site, you will be asked to enter the name of your Association and your Powerstone Property Management account number which can be found on your billing statement in the top right corner. (Enter the account number with only the dash at the end.)

Enroll For monthly ACH
This electronic system uses the Federal Reserve System’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) to deduct your monthly association dues from your checking account and ensures that your association fees are always paid on time. Your checking account will be debited between the 5th and 8th of each month.
